Job summary

NeoWork, a global staffing and operations partner, is hiring Client Success Managers to own relationships with U.S. clients, lead onboarding, monitor health, and identify growth opportunities. You will work directly inside our clients' teams while NeoWork handles recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Based in the Philippines, you will support U.S. business hours, manage multiple accounts, and partner with sales for expansions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or client services.
• Excellent English, fluent with U.S. executives.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead onboarding and ensure a smooth start for new clients.
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, satisfaction, and risks, and act early.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
