Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager with hands-on Google Local Services Ads expertise to support agency clients from onboarding through ongoing account management. You will lead onboarding calls, troubleshoot issues, optimize campaigns, and manage GoHighLevel CRM for pipeline tracking.

The role involves Zoom-based onboarding, client communication, and monthly performance reporting. Remote work from the Philippines with flexible hours will support local and international

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Local Services Ads accounts.
• Experience coordinating business verification and resolving access issues.
• Practical experience managing Google Business Profiles for local SEO.
• GoHighLevel CRM experience, including pipeline management, client records, tasks, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding meetings over Zoom and gather required information.
• Monitor LSA performance, budgets, and lead quality; adjust strategies with approvals.
• Maintain accurate Google Business Profile information and local SEO updates.
• Serve as reliable point of contact; explain performance and technical issues clearly.
• Maintain client records, onboarding stages, tasks, and follow-ups in GoHighLevel; prepare monthly performance reports.
