Job summary

CEO Concierge Service Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

This fully remote, full-time position focuses on customer success, account management, and contract administration, with a day shift aligned to EST hours. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, manage renewals and pricing, review service performance, and collaborate with Procurement, Dispatch, and Finance to ensure contracts and billing align with agreements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management in MSP/IT services
• Experience managing customer contracts, renewals, and accounts
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to discuss pricing, renewals, and service recommendations with customers
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and build long-term client relationships
• Manage customer requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Create, review, and manage customer contracts, renewals, and annual price adjustments
• Conduct regular customer reviews to discuss service performance and future needs
• Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address customer concerns
• Collaborate with Procurement, Dispatch, and Finance to ensure services and billing align with customer agreements
• Maintain accurate contract records and participate in Microsoft Teams meetings and process improvement initiatives
