Job summary

Multiplymii is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to join our Australian client on a remote basis from the Philippines. You will maintain CRM data, generate insightful reports, assist with client research, and support investment strategies while handling day-to-day administrative tasks for financial planning.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, solid numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel/MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial services role in the financial planning industry.
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills.
• Good with maths and comfortable working with numbers.
• Familiarity with Superannuation, Centrelink and Investments in Australia.
• Desire to become an expert in wealth products and assist advisers in the advice preparation process.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Meticulous attention to details, especially in calculations and materials prepared.

• Maintain CRM client information with relevant updates.
• Create reports from the CRM and providers' portals.
• Assist with client research and documenting business requirements.
• Support investment strategies and related administrative tasks.
• Format, draft, and send emails and customer correspondence.
