Emapta Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to support Australian wealth advisers in Makati. You will handle planning administration, client records, and documentation, leveraging XPLAN and strong English communication.

The position offers hybrid work, day shift, and a pathway to develop expertise within a globally connected team. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely follow-up, coordinating with external providers and maintaining client data.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on financial planning experience.
• Australian financial planning experience is preferred.
• Experience with financial planning administration, adviser support, client records, documentation, or related processes.
• Hands-on XPLAN experience is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on action items and provide timely status updates.
• Contact external providers to gather required information.
• Conduct online research to support business requirements.
• Set up and maintain client files in the XPLAN financial planning software.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records.
• Prepare client documents, forms, and Excel templates.
• Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks.
