Job summary

Trust Disability Solutions seeks a Client Service Specialist to be the main point of contact for clients during the Disability Tax Credit application process. You will manage accounts, gather information, and maintain clear communication by phone and email.

You will build strong relationships with clients, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and use a CRM (Salesforce) to track progress. Must have 2–5 years in client service or account management, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of client service or account management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; French is a plus).
• Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Previous experience with Canadian clients is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Communicate with clients daily to gather information and provide updates on their application status.
• Assess client eligibility for the Disability Tax Credit based on medical information.
• Draft and send emails to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients and medical practitioners to collect required documentation.
• Use a CRM system to manage client interactions and track progress.
