Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 1 year experience in accounting services, financial operations, or consultative support.
• Familiarity with accounting software and customer relationship management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess accounting and financial service needs.
• Recommend tailored accounting solutions based on client goals, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Explain service offerings, implementation steps, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction through proactive support.
• Monitor client accounts and address concerns related to reporting, reconciliations, or process gaps.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and solution summaries for client meetings and internal review.
