Cleaning Corp invites a Client Relations & Partnerships Officer to join our full-time remote team, aligning with Australian business hours. This role focuses on building referral networks, generating client enquiries, and guiding onboarding with coordination across support coordinators, plan managers and health professionals.

The successful candidate will manage CRM records in Zoho, maintain professional relationships, and work closely with the General Manager to expand partnerships and deliver

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client relations, partnerships, sales or account management.
• Experience in NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, community services or cleaning industry is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Understanding of NDIS participants, coordinators and plan managers is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems is required; Zoho CRM/Zoho One is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential referral partners across New South Wales.
• Build professional relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Recovery Coaches and allied health professionals.
• Represent Cleaning Corp in meetings, emails, and online meetings to generate qualified service enquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding with clients and referral partners, ensuring accurate CRM records.
