Job summary

ConnectOS is hiring a remote Client Success Specialist to support Australian mortgage and lending clients from the Philippines. You’ll manage post-settlement journeys, onboarding, annual reviews, and retention campaigns, using HubSpot to track activities and communications.

You will collaborate with brokers and operations to ensure a compliant, seamless client experience while maintaining high engagement and advocacy levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client success, relationship management, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage lifecycle and post-settlement management.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) to manage interactions, tasks, workflows, and follow-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for building trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the post-settlement journey.
• Conduct onboarding, annual reviews, and lending health checks with proactive engagement.
• Coordinate reviews, repricing opportunities, and referrals to brokers when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, service requests, and ongoing support.
• Execute engagement campaigns and maintain consistent communication across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, tasks, and workflows in HubSpot.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention, advocacy, and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with brokers, operations, and specialists to deliver a seamless experience while ensuring privacy.
