You will engage decision-makers, explain referral processes, and track pipeline activity while ensuring privacy and data handling compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling experience in referral generation or related roles.
• Experience using CRM or similar systems to manage pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to handle scripted and unscripted calls.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to aged care homes, GPs, and retirement villages to introduce services and referral pathways.
• Identify decision-makers and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Maintain CRM records, track referrals, and prepare weekly reports.
