Job summary

CoWorq is seeking a Remote Operations Assistant to drive client onboarding, lead development, and Team Architecture logistics support for a US-based client network. You will coordinate onboarding, source leads, and schedule team calls while ensuring clear recap notes after each session.

You'll work closely with the Sales Associate and Sales Manager to ensure a top-tier first impression and smooth handoffs. Strong English communication and data-entry accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing communication in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with lead-sourcing tools and data-heavy entry
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding clients and scheduling threads
• Familiarity with BPO/outsourcing or client-success onboarding roles a plus
• Comfort working inside a CRM platform (GHL is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a top-tier first impression
• Source and build lead lists using Google Maps and other platforms, keep data clean
• Coordinate Team Architecture Sessions and distribute recap notes after calls
