Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Client Policy Analyst - Compensation to join a specialized research team focused on executive pay and governance. You will act as an internal expert and external resource for clients, collaborating across Asia and North America to ensure data integrity and high-quality deliverables.

You will review filings, train analysts, and prepare client summaries, while communicating compensation policies and analytical outcomes to stakeholders in diverse time zones.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with executive compensation issues and governance norms.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, especially for remote work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Experience with Excel/Office 365.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in executive pay governance research.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements focused on executive compensation and share-based plans.
• Train and coach data analysts to deliver quality data to policy analysts.
• Serve as liaison between data team and policy leaders to complete client deliverables.
• Review accuracy of client voting policies and summarize results on proposals.
• Deliver client reports in a timely manner.
• Support the broader policy team in data projects as needed.
• Explain compensation policies, methodologies, and outcomes to the team.
• Use analytical tools and models to conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Limited international travel and travel to Manila as needed.
