Competenze

• 5+ years of governance research, proxy voting, or related field.
• Familiarity with issuer governance research in the Americas is a plus.

• Ensure client voting policies are accurately implemented and executed.
• Update, maintain, and enhance governance databases and records.
• Analyze issuer filings, proxy statements, and disclosures to assess governance practices.
• Leverage tools to identify patterns in proxy voting activity and governance trends, delivering insights.
• Support internal teams and external clients by understanding voting and governance insight needs.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
