MicroSourcing International is hiring for a Community Operations Support Associate in the Philippines. The role focuses on supporting CAMs, handling inquiries about work orders, ARC forms, and association responsibilities, and coordinating administrative tasks with service providers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy (or related field) and 3+ years in accounting or bookkeeping, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with MYOB, QuickBooks, and Xero.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (or related field) and 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail; good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a specified group of CAMs (2-3) and portfolio of accounts.
• Handle customer calls and answer questions about work orders and ARC associations.
• Collaborate with CAM on administrative tasks (e.g., processing community-wide mailers).
• Manage follow-up and close-out of work order tickets.
• Weekly follow-ups on standard work orders with Service Providers and note progress.
