Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines, invites applications for a Client Operations Support Associate. The role supports CAMs and a portfolio of accounts, handling inquiries on work orders, ARC requests, and Association duties, with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-ups.

You'll collaborate with CAM on administrative tasks, manage 4041 forms, and prepare ARC applications for board evaluation, while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills in a night-shift, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero.
• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supports a specified group of CAMs (2-3) and a portfolio of accounts.
• Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to status of work orders, ARC requests, or Association responsibilities.
• Partner with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community wide mailers with SouthData.
• Manage follow-up and closing of work order tickets.
• Weekly follow up on standard work orders with Service Providers; note progress and close out if completed.
• Receive, process and manage 4041 Forms and all address change requests.
• Review open compliance items to ensure completion is notated.
• Prepare Architectural Review Applications (ARC) for evaluation by Board/Committee(s).
• Process approval/denial of ARC applications, send to homeowners, and file accordingly.
