Job summary

Ai Acquisition is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to guide new customers through the initial onboarding steps. This remote, hands-on role emphasizes phone communication, fast response times, and consistent follow-up to ensure customers are booked, prepared, and progressing.

You will welcome new customers, help book required calls, and resolve basic access or scheduling issues while keeping detailed records. Growth into broader Customer Success or leadership roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable with phone communication.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM systems.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers quickly after purchase, aiming for first phone call within 30 minutes.
• Welcome customers and explain next steps.
• Book and confirm Intro and Onboarding calls with customers.
• Follow up by phone, SMS, and email when there is no response.
• Assist customers with platform access and required setup before calls.
• Reschedule missed appointments and rebook them.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Keep accurate notes on interactions and progress.
