Qualifications

• 3+ years in client engagement, partnerships or customer success.
• Experience with tech-enabled businesses or startups.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day rhythm of assigned client engagements.
• Establish clear communication channels and working expectations with clients.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Keep track of commitments across clients and internal teams.
• Ensure important information reaches the right people at the right time.
• Recognize changes in client sentiment, priorities, or expectations.
• Address engagement challenges before they escalate.
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and next steps.
• Help clients navigate changes and evolving requirements.
• Capture feedback and identify recurring themes to improve services.
• Contribute to client-facing materials, updates, reports, and presentations.
• Support leadership with escalations and high-priority client initiatives.
• Help develop repeatable engagement practices as the company scales.
