Job summary

Huzzle is a fast-growing performance lead generation company specializing in the legal vertical. We provide high-intent leads and signed retainers to personal injury law firms across the U.S.

As we scale, we are looking for a high-level Client Operations Manager to own the entire lifecycle of a client relationship—from contract signing to successful delivery of high-quality results. This is a critical hire designed to remove operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Industry experience: 4+ years in client-facing operations or account management within performance marketing.
• Proficiency with lead distribution or call routing software (LeadDistro, Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, Phonexa, Trackdrive, etc.).
• Excellent written English; comfortable communicating with attorneys and firm owners.
• Strong analytical skills; able to analyze large CSV exports to support client queries.
• Leadership experience managing at least 1–2 direct reports.
• Calm under pressure; data-driven approach to disputes and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Client & Account ownership: be primary contact for law firm clients and partners; manage messaging tone, quality, and frequency.
• Campaign Launch Management: drive orders from paperwork to first lead; document criteria and intake.
• Technical Distribution: own LeadDistro; manage builds, routing, filters, caps, integrations, QA.
• Data-Driven Dispute Resolution: manage lead quality disputes; reconcile exports; decide credits or replacements.
• Team Leadership: manage 1–2 direct reports to maintain high-velocity daily cadence.
• System Integrity: maintain Monday.com as truth source and keep SOPs current.
• Supplier Coordination: liaise with fulfillment partners and call centers; monitor volume and quality.
