Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a high-performing Client Success Officer to own and grow key client relationships. You will understand client businesses, proactively resolve challenges, and mobilize internal teams to drive measurable value.

The role requires exceptional communication, strategic listening, and the ability to navigate executive conversations while maintaining impeccable client partnerships. Hybrid work with onsite days is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in client success, customer service, or account management roles.
• Experience in staffing, BPO, or service delivery environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with CSAT, NPS, and staffing KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with recruitment, HR, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic advisor and day-to-day contact for key clients, building strong relationships.
• Engage with Director, VP, and C-level contacts in a consultative manner.
• Document client interactions, feedback, and progress in CRM.
• Identify opportunities to expand Outsourced services and design solutions.
• Lead regular performance discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and operations to meet staffing needs.
• Manage client job orders and staffing requests with timely fulfillment.
