Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design and build AI-powered bookkeeping workflows. You will craft intelligent agents and scalable multi-agent systems, integrating with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other platforms to automate accounting processes.

You will partner with leadership to deploy production-ready AI solutions, implement governance, and continuously improve automation capabilities for a modern AI-first accounting platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems (2–3+ years).
• Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code in production settings.
• Experience designing multi-agent or agent-based systems and integrating AI into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered bookkeeping and accounting agents.
• Develop intelligent workflows to automate repetitive accounting tasks and data handling.
• Create modular, scalable multi-agent platforms and integrate with accounting systems.
