Wealth Creators is seeking an AI Automation & Implementation Specialist to design, build, and continuously improve an AI-powered operating system across our businesses. This role goes beyond a basic assistant; you will architect agents, automation, APIs, and integrations to make our organization more efficient and scalable.

You will develop AI agents, integrate OpenAI/Claude models, connect apps, build dashboards and knowledge bases, and ensure human-in-the-loop processes where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AI automation and systems integration.
• Ability to analyze business processes and design scalable automation.
• Proven troubleshooting and monitoring of automation workflows.
• Experience documenting system architecture and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and automated systems to support business functions.
• Create automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude) into workflows.
• Connect multiple apps to enable seamless data flows.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring.
• Document architecture and maintainable processes.
• Implement human-in-the-loop where approvals are required.
