Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Account Manager for AI Agents to oversee onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support for B2B SaaS customers. You will guide customers, resolve issues promptly, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with integration engineers.

The role emphasizes fast follow-through, effective communication, and driving successful go-lives. Remote work is supported, with coordination across time zones, including US business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AI or ML is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own post-signing customer relationship, onboarding, configuration, and adoption of AI Agents
• Proactively manage expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Identify, close, and expand opportunities within your portfolio
• Collaborate with integration engineers during handoffs
• Implement ramp-up plans to achieve go-lives by Day 7
• Provide regular progress updates and address concerns
• Troubleshoot and configure Central to resolve issues
• Monitor satisfaction and drive retention strategies
