Job summary

Platform Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Groundworks Estimator to support an Australian civil contractor from the Philippines. You will join a remote team and play a key role in taking-off quantities, preparing BOQs, and handling tenders from scope to submission.

You will work closely with our Australian team on excavation, basements, groundworks, and asphalting projects, ensuring compliance with safety and estimation standards while delivering high-quality proposals for offshore work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in civil excavation and groundworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs.
• Review, manage, and measure project drawings.
• Liaise with clients and manage RFIs.
• Issue and evaluate RFQs for tender preparation.
• Manage multiple tender packages simultaneously.
