Job summary

Healthy Futures Global (HFG) is seeking a proactive operations lead to sit between an Executive Assistant and a COO. You will be the first hire to shape our organisational processes and own cross‑functional operations across budget, HR, hiring, and program support.

This role is remote, global, 12‑month contractor with potential to convert to permanent staff. You’ll collaborate with founders across time zones, build SOPs, dashboards, and scalable systems to keep the organisation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in program management, business administration or related field.
• C1 English proficiency (no certificate required).
• Excellent Google Workspace skills and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build organisation systems and identify bottlenecks with tooling and processes.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial admin across entities.
• Coordinate HR, recruitment, onboarding, and people operations.
• Draft and implement SOPs and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Plan capacity, track operational commitments, and share updates.
• Support program activities: logistics, research, meetings, notes, and comms.
