Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. is seeking a Chargeback Analyst for a full-time night-shift, work-from-home role in the Philippines.

The analyst will validate, process, and reconcile chargeback claims, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical pricing agreements and contract terms. The candidate should have 2-5 years in chargebacks or contract pricing, be proficient in Excel and EDI systems, and able to collaborate with Accounting, Pricing, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in chargebacks, rebates, or contract pricing (healthcare/pharma distribution preferred).
• Experience with EDI (e.g., 844/849) and chargeback systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing structures (WAC, GPOs, contracts).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and submit chargeback claims including reversal and resubmission.
• Verify contract eligibility, pricing terms, and purchase details against manufacturer agreements.
• Approve, reject, or adjust claims based on findings.
• Maintain and interpret pharmaceutical pricing contracts (WAC, contract prices).
• Identify discrepancies between submitted claims and contract terms.
• Monitor pricing updates and ensure system accuracy.
• Reconcile chargeback deductions with internal data.
• Investigate and resolve variances or short payments.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting of chargebacks.
• Communicate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve disputes.
• Track and document disputes through resolution.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Generate regular reports on chargeback trends and financial impact.
• Support audits with documentation and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Assist in developing and improving internal controls.
