Job summary

Connext is hiring a Reporting Analyst (Work From Home | Night Shift) to support US clients from the Philippines. The role focuses on revenue cycle reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring rather than direct AR activities.

The candidate will prepare, analyze, and automate revenue cycle reports across multiple facilities, delivering actionable insights and KPI dashboards while ensuring reporting accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, data reporting, or related field.
• Experience with revenue cycle reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience with healthcare billing data and payer performance insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and managing large datasets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring revenue cycle reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and validate billing and financial data for accuracy.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze payer and facility performance across reporting periods.
• Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain standardized reporting processes across multiple clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on reporting findings.
• Develop new reports and KPIs per organizational needs.
• Prepare ad hoc reports to support business needs.
• Support improvements and automation of revenue cycle reporting processes.
• Maintain reporting documentation and consistency of methodologies.
• Prepare reports covering AR, billing, collections, payer performance, denials, and reimbursement trends.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive summaries for revenue cycle performance.
