Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
• Recruit, develop, and manage distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners.
• Expand the company’s market presence and strengthen brand awareness
• Drive sales of residential and commercial solar inverter and energy storage solutions.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, manage partner onboarding, and provide sales forecasts and market insights.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, product, and headquarters teams to support business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and deliver product training to channel partners.
