WeAssist is hiring a fully remote Chief Financial Officer to own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management. You will partner with the CEO to drive strategic financial decisions and build scalable finance processes for a fast-growing, remote-first organization serving US clients.

The role requires senior finance leadership experience, strong modeling skills, GAAP expertise, and the ability to translate numbers into clear action for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Executive finance leadership experience in a growing service-based or US company.
• Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and multi-scenario analysis.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial statements, and month-end close.

Responsabilités

• Own annual financial plan and long-range projections.
• Model financial impact of services, pricing, hiring, and growth initiatives.
• Lead forecasting, scenarios, and variance analysis with recommendations.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and payroll funding.
• Prepare financial statements, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Partner with CEO on growth, pricing, and risk management.
