Job summary
Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead a growing multi-site finance function under the CFO, overseeing daily operations, month-end reporting, and financial modelling.
The role includes acquisitions due diligence, board reporting, and building scalable processes with a bias toward automation, while developing junior staff and expanding leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
Qualifications
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong accounting and financial fundamentals.
- Experience in an accounting firm with audit/transaction services.
- Commercial experience as a Finance Manager or related role.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to move between transactional work and financial analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in technology, AI and automation.
- Healthcare/multi-site or private equity experience advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processing and supplier management.
- Process payments and payroll across clinics and corporate team.
- Perform bank reconciliations and financial controls.
- Support finance onboarding for employees and clinics.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting templates.
- Prepare month-end papers and reconciliations.
- Assist with acquisitions due diligence and valuation modelling.
- Develop scalable finance processes and automation initiatives.
- Assist with board and investor reporting.
