The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership, build scalable systems, and drive strategic financial clarity. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and collaborating with leadership for optimal decision-making. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success building scalable finance systems and strategic reporting processes.
• Experience in multi-channel eCommerce or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial statements by the 20th of each month.
• Manage a 12-month rolling cash forecast to ensure financial stability.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business.
• Document core finance workflows and implement streamlined systems.
• Deliver monthly EBITDA analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
