Job summary

Persona is seeking an experienced Accountant & Financial Analyst with deep accounting expertise for multi-client engagements in a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end accounting, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and close, across multiple client books.

You will build advanced models and dashboards in Google Sheets, analyze trends, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights. Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced spreadsheet skills, and clear English communication are essential to

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of multi-client accounting or similar firm environment experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on accounting experience.
• Very advanced Google Sheets experience, including complex formulas and data modeling.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear, concise, and business-ready.
• Proven ability to identify issues, solve problems independently, and exercise sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a robust book of clients with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Execute end-to-end accounting including AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and close.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready financials while juggling competing priorities.
• Serve as a trusted partner and problem solver for each client.
• Build advanced models, dashboards, and KPI reporting in Google Sheets.
• Analyze performance trends and deliver clear, actionable insights.
