Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a coordinated, detail‑oriented professional to manage sourcing, supplier relations, and project tracking for apparel and related products. You will coordinate factory quotes, samples, and tech packs, ensuring accurate documentation from sourcing through delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in related fields, strong English communication, and comfort with Alibaba/WhatsApp. Overnight US hours in Philippine time or alignment with US hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedule coverage to protect quality, cost, timing, and confidentiality across time zones.
• Provide clear, timely updates on factory activity and action items to internal teams.
• Maintain project tracking from sourcing to delivery, updating quotes, samples, deposits, and lead times.
• Coordinate product specs, samples, revisions, and approvals; maintain version-controlled feedback.
• Find and qualify new factories for apparel, accessories, packaging, and custom products; compare capabilities.
• Collect complete quotations, confirm unit costs, minimums, and shipping details; flag missing costs and ambiguities.
• Maintain current records of factories and supplier relationships, including pricing history and lead times.
