Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Jr. Creative Merchandiser to curate product assortments for US clients and build compelling brand-aligned presentations. You will manage research, pricing, and launches, coordinating with account managers and suppliers to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–5+ years in promotional products or merchandising, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and excellent English communication. This is a full-time remote position supporting campaigns across time zones.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in promotional products, branded merchandise, or related field.
• Knowledge: Strong supplier, brand, decoration, and production process familiarity.
• Skills: Excellent presentation-building and product storytelling abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend products based on client requests, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, culture, budget, and objectives.
• Develop product recommendations and presentations for custom projects, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Support campaigns and special occasions such as holidays and client events.
• Create visually compelling product presentations that communicate value clearly.
• Regularly refresh merchandise programs and provide new recommendations based on trends and client needs.
• Ensure stock availability and accurate customer pricing before presenting to clients.
