ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules for a US-based client, working remotely from the Philippines. You will manage shift changes, communicate updates, and keep records up to date, ensuring reliable care for seniors while supporting operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling caregivers or in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm, patient and reliable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules across multiple counties to ensure coverage.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations and clock-in issues.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP and update case notes in systems.
• Flag staffing issues with ops and ensure smooth communication between caregivers and clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
