Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Customer Contact Experience (CCE); with at least 6 months of insurance experience (local or international account).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to working 100% onsite in Ortigas City.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and/or outbound customer interactions related to insurance accounts.
• Address inquiries regarding policies, claims, and coverage details.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
