Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in Insurance/Healthcare/Retirement/Financial Accounts preferred, or willingness to start in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
