Multiply Mii is seeking a Business Development & Customer Success Specialist to drive growth in the US market while delivering exceptional support to existing clients. You will coordinate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth shipments and build new partnerships through outbound outreach.

The role blends sales and client service, with 80% focused on new business development and 20% on customer care, offering 100% remote work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in logistics with experience at DHL, UPS or FedEx.
• Outbound sales, business development, account management or customer success experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience using Slack for internal communication.
• Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools.
• Knowledge of lead generation and prospect research.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development (80%): conduct outbound prospecting to US retailers and fashion companies; reach out daily via structured outreach; execute multi-touch campaigns; schedule qualified meetings; maintain records; follow outreach sequences; build prospect lists post-onboarding.
• Customer Service (20%): manage US customer service emails; liaise with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and customers; maintain a 30-minute SLA for requests; communicate clearly and empathetically while resolving issues and keeping clients satisfied.
