Job summary

Multiplymii LLC, a fully remote role based in the Philippines, is hiring a Business Development & Customer Success Specialist to expand our US market and support existing clients. You will drive outbound outreach, secure meetings with retailers, and coordinate with DHL/UPS/FedEx for timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in logistics or related fields, proven sales or customer success experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in logistics with carrier experience (DHL/UPS/FedEx).
• Proven outbound sales, business development, or customer success track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Slack for internal comms.
• Experience with CRM or sales engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of lead generation and prospect research.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound prospecting for US market with a structured process.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach to schedule qualified meetings.
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure updates.
• Maintain SLA of 30 minutes for customer requests (excluding premium).
• Maintain accurate activity records and CRM data.
