Job summary

Exely is a global IT company serving the hotel industry. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in the Philippines for a full-time, remote role with travel to meet hotel managers and close deals.

You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and build strong relationships with hoteliers. After a ~3-month training, you are expected to bring in at least five hotels per month and collaborate with marketing to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
• Fluent in Filipino with advanced English.
• Strong sales skills and experience in active sales.
• Experience in TravelTech or hospitality SaaS is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to meet hotel managers and present Exely solutions.
• Generate leads via cold calling, meetings, events, and marketing support.
• Handle incoming leads and convert to customers.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and represent Exely at events.
• Provide market research and insights to management.
• Maintain diligent CRM usage.
