Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development (80%): conduct outbound prospecting to US retailers and fashion companies; reach out daily via structured outreach; execute multi-touch campaigns; schedule qualified meetings; maintain records; follow outreach sequences; build prospect lists post-onboarding.
• Customer Service (20%): manage US customer service emails; liaise with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and customers; maintain a 30-minute SLA for requests; communicate clearly and empathetically while resolving issues and keeping clients satisfied.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST

Salary Range: Php 70,000 - 90,000 per month

About the Role

As a Business Development & Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our client’s expansion across the US market while delivering exceptional support to existing customers. Your mission is to build new business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach and ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating with customers and leading shipping carriers. This role directly contributes to the company’s growth by helping generate new partnerships, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued success of its US operations.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (80%)

• Conduct outbound prospecting to retail and fashion companies across the US market.

• Reach out to prospective companies per day using a structured outreach process.

• Execute multi‑touch outreach campaigns through email and phone calls.

• Schedule qualified sales meetings for senior leadership.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and meeting outcomes.

• Follow established outreach sequences and sales processes.

• Learn to build prospect lists using company‑provided sales tools after the initial onboarding period.

Customer Service (20%)

• Manage US customer service emails, including:

  • Responding to client inquiries about shipment status, delays, or customs issues.

  • Liaising efficiently with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and customers to provide timely updates or requested information.

  • Maintaining a 30‑minute SLA for turnaround on customer requests (excluding premium clients, who are handled by a different team member).

• Communicate clearly and empathetically while resolving issues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Minimum 2–3 years in logistics, with experience at DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, account management, or customer success.

• Demonstrated customer service and administrative abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; highly organized with proven attention to detail.

• Experience using Slack for internal communication

• Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools.

• Knowledge of lead generation and prospect research.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for cost comparison and data tracking.
