Job summary

BCM One is seeking a passionate Business Development Representative to join the Ecommerce team in Makati. This hybrid role involves hunting for new business, lead generation, and occasional account management support, with a night shift aligning to US Eastern hours.

You will manage outreach, qualify leads, and maintain a strong CRM pipeline while collaborating with internal teams. We offer competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales, business development or lead generation.
• Experience in telecommunications or technology is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional English.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in target markets.
• Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails and social media.
• Qualify leads and hand off to sales for conversion.

• Accurately track activities, leads and opportunities in CRM.
