Job summary

SFR3 Fund is seeking a hands-on maintenance dispatcher to diagnose residential issues, coordinate field crews, and minimize truck rolls. You will translate resident descriptions into precise maintenance terminology, guide callers through basic troubleshooting, and determine when to dispatch skilled technicians.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance/dispatch, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and experience supporting US-based customers in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, water intrusion, and related systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English for professional US-based calls and reports.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues remotely and decide on dispatches without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Triages and diagnoses resident issues to determine required work and urgency.
• Dispatches or coordinates field resources with precise work orders and parts.
• Keeps residents informed throughout the process and ensures first-visit resolution where possible.
• Maintains high-quality notes, scopes, and documentation for field teams.
