Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic technology troubleshooting.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues following established protocols and procedures.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the company's systems.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards, call handling times, and attendance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised teams when necessary.
• Process customer requests, transactions, and account updates efficiently.
• Contribute to achieving team performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
