Job summary

Tarino, an established Australian pressure washing and property maintenance business, seeks a dedicated bookkeeper to own the full cycle in Xero—from reconciliations and BAS to payroll, invoicing and cash flow reporting—and to provide essential admin support for a busy trades operation.

This fully remote, long-term role offers real room to grow as the company scales, including job scheduling in AroFlo, quotes, collections and light social media support, with direct collaboration with the

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience for an Australian business.
• Hands-on Xero experience.
• Experience with AroFlo or similar job management system is helpful.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organised.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations in Xero.
• Prepare BAS ahead of lodgement deadlines and ensure GST compliance.
• Process payroll and manage leave records.
• Issue invoices and manage collections and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, cash flow, aged receivables).
• Manage business inbox and admin for scheduling and rostering in AroFlo.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities to convert to booked work.
• Support social media with project updates and responses.
• Handle general admin, supplier coordination, records and compliance.
