Job summary

SmartScale360 is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based franchise businesses with accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and daily accounting tasks. The role requires strong QuickBooks Online skills and attention to detail in a remote, multi-entity environment. Location is Remote (Philippines) with U.S.

hours. Salary is PHP 50,000/month plus benefits, including PTO, healthcare, and annual appraisal.

Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping experience supporting U.S. businesses.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and standard reconciliations.
Experience with month-end close, payroll journal entries, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple U.S.-based franchises in QBO.
Process and reconcile banking, credit card, and loan transactions.
Record payroll journals from third-party providers and prepare month-end entries.
Assist with P&L reporting, compliance docs, and tax support as needed.
Communicate with franchise owners and coordinate vendor purchases.
