Job summary

New CAS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage daily bookkeeping for clients abroad from a home-based setup. You’ll handle payables, receivables, journal entries, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Excellent English communication and QuickBooks Online expertise are essential, with flexibility to overlap North American hours. You’ll work independently, supported by onboarding and ongoing guidance, gaining exposure to clients worldwide and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate with stakeholders.
Hands-on QuickBooks Online skills are essential; experience with Xero/Bill.com/Excel/Google Workspace is a plus.
CPA and non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts.
Complete month-end close and produce financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow).
Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
Maintain checklists and schedules; communicate with clients and colleagues.
