Job summary

Hunt St in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Business Support Assistant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing and back‑office tasks for an Australian client. You will work remotely as an independent contractor, align with AU business hours, and grow with the business as you master Xero, ServiceTitan, and related procedures.

Initial handover with the current Australian bookkeeper, structured training, and gradual ownership of accounts, GST, EOFY, and supplier

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting with Xero.
• Experience with Australian accounting practices incl. GST, superannuation, payroll, EOFY.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Payroll processing, STP reporting and payroll records maintenance.
• Maintain ServiceTitan and Xero data integrity and workflow.
• Supplier/purchase order management and month-end tasks.
• Support broader administrative functions as the business grows.
