Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper & Business Support Assistant based in the Philippines to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and back-office tasks for AU-based clients. You will work with the current bookkeeper during a handover and grow into broader administrative responsibilities within a 100% remote setup.

The role requires experience with Xero and ServiceTitan, attention to detail, and the ability to align with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping within a small business environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and payroll processes.
• Proficient in English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and records in Xero and ServiceTitan.
• Process supplier bills and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare month-end and financial reporting as required.
• Oversee weekly payroll and related YE tasks per Australian standards.
• Coordinate with owner on administrative tasks and growth initiatives.
