Hunt St is seeking a Philippines-based Bookkeeper to manage AP/AR, invoicing, and billing operations for a US-based client. The contractor role focuses on accurate billing, timely invoice deployment, and ongoing reconciliation with multiple brands.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with flexible hours aligned to US business times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in bookkeeping with AP/AR, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Experience invoicing and aging AR; translate data into billing.
• Ability to review project data for accurate billing; self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP and AR activities.
• Prepare and deploy client invoices from activity in ClickUp.
• Monitor AR and maintain invoice/payment records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on aged receivables.
• Ensure accurate billing across multiple brands and systems.
