Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a Booking & Reservations Lead to support day-to-day booking and customer operations for a growing travel and adventure business. You will work closely with the business owner as the primary day-to-day booking contact, guiding two Booking & Reservations Specialists.

This hands-on role focuses on bookings, reservations, customer inquiries and travel coordination rather than traditional management responsibilities. Home-based work schedule applies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in team lead or supervisor roles.
• Experience in bookings, reservations, travel, logistics, or customer service is required.
• Experience creating and issuing client invoices or handling supplier invoices is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day booking and reservation activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries and booking requests.
• Process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain customer itineraries.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and accommodation providers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and operational information.
• Act as main point of contact for day-to-day booking matters.
